Clocky Alarm Clock

Do you have the nasty habit of hitting the snooze button on your alarm clock? I must admit I am guilty as well, but that may change; say good morning to Clocky.  Clocky is not only super cute, but after you have hit the snooze once, it will run off your night table and around the room- all the while beeping and blurping until it is found and stopped.  As per Nanda: “Clocky is kind of like a misbehaving pet, only he will get up at the right time”.  Available colours are almond, aqua, and the new coco.

Irvington Nickel-Plated Bed

Belfort Irvington Nickel Plated Bed By Martha Stewart

 I fell in love when I first saw this stunner of a bed whilst Christmas shopping in Port Perry. The nickel-plated Irvington Bed from the Turkey Hill Collection is a modern take on the familiar 19-th century brass bed.  It was actually inspired by the Connecticut farmhouse Martha Stewart lived in for over forty years.  The cool feel of the sophisticated metal and the warm hue drew me in, I did notice I left a fingerprint or two….but love is blind and I could get over that pretty quickly.

My Favorite Designer; Brian Gluckstein

Brian Gluckstein Interior Designer the Gluck

When I was just a student in Interior Design, I started to follow the latest and the greatest interior designers.  I loved seeing their accomplishments and outstanding projects, the same passion I had, but in full circle.  I couldn’t wait to graduate and get going on projects of my own!  After graduation, I came across a genius of a designer upon perusing the 2004 Awards by ARIDO; Brian Gluckstein.  Gluckstein Design Planning Inc. had won an honorable mention for their design in One St. Thomas.
