You have no idea just how excited I was when I found these appliances! They are stainless steel and look pretty much the same as all the other appliances out there you say? Well, yes, but LOOK at the overall dimensions! 24".....for a fridge? Pricing is not to shabby either. For the average suburban homeowner this may not be a big deal, but for a cramped condo city dweller, the smaller appliances mean so much more. What does it mean? Well, 24" or so of increased cabinet space goes a long way way when you don't have place to store dishtowels, pots, or dry pantry items.
Nothing is as clean and refreshing in a kitchen as white cabinetry. Let's take a look at some of my recent favorites shall we?
Why does white cabinetry seem so appealing? Because it is classic! Time honoured and true, these white painted, face-framed cabinets are symmetrically balanced and are enhanced by the Calcutta Stone countertop and camel back apron sink. This particular design is by Karen Williams.
The designers at Novanni have produced an entertaining and useful take on the kitchen sink with this gem. The Avado (EFT402211) stainless steel top mount sink has a super long shallow basin that empties below into an extremely large bowl below. Grandma's caserole dish could get lost in there! And how fun is the drain tray? Look out though; a minimum cabinet size of 45" is required!
